Sista began when our founder July moved from China to Bali with her partner from France. Dumplings became her way of sharing something familiar — the comfort of home, the care of making food by hand, and the joy of gathering people around a table.

Rooted in Chinese cooking, shaped by Bali, and never too serious to play with a new flavour. That is the whole idea: food you eat with your hands, with people you like, for longer than you planned.

The craft

Nothing arrives

Every dumpling that reaches your table was folded by someone on the team a few hours earlier.

  1. Dough rolled
    in the morning

    Fresh every day, before the first steamer goes on.
